This area is growing quickly and is one of the most trendy areas to buy and sell. There are quite a few new build and master plan communities in Colorado Springs North. Northern Colorado Springs is defined by Northeast, Briargate and Northgate. Many of the national builders (and some local builders) in Colorado Springs North have master built and planned communities in Flying Horse, Wolf Ranch, Cordera, Pine Creek, Meridian Ranch, Forest Lake, Lake of the Rockies, The Farm and Sanctuary Pointe.
Originally, this neighborhood began planning in 1995. The area is very large and encompasses several new build communities being developed through today. The area is popular for it’s traditional, suburban neighborhoods that are in award winning Academy School District 20. The convenience of high end and retail shopping at The Promenade Shops at Briargate and Chapel Hills Mall, are the cherry on top.
With the combination of master planned communities to custom, million dollar homes, and breathtaking views of the front range, this luxury area has it all. Monument is a city North of Colorado Springs and is an excellent place to live for big city commuters. To the West of this town is Pike National Forest.
